Dr Wolfe graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in the USA in 1985. He practiced outside of Montreal for two years before moving to North Bay. For many years he had three active practices in Callander, North Bay and Temiscaming Quebec. Over the years his passion for learning has meant providing chiropractic care to numerous local teams including being the official chiropractor for three local Junior A hockey clubs, players at the university and college basketball and volleyball teams;providing workplace consulting for local industry including conducting Tembec pre-employment screens and most of all a passion for family based practice for all ages from infants to octogenarians.
To that end he has always taken ongoing continous education and learning new ways to approach health care seriously. His post graduate training included an extensive four year Rehabilitation program, numerous additional training in acupuncture and chiropractic techniques including care of infants and children.
Recognizing that care can be supplemented with the use of rehabilitation equipment he has additional training using modalities like Laser, interferential current and ultrasound.
Dr. Wolfe has also served his profession directly over the past 30 years. He became the Palmer College of Chiropractic Ontario Alumni representative when he moved to the province. He was the local North Bay and District Chiropractic Society president for many years and was asked to join the Ontario Chiropractic Association Board in 1998. He subsequently served and chaired many committees eventually serving as President and Chairman of the Board. He was elected as the Ontario governor to the Canadian Chiropractic Association and served there until he was asked to join the College of Chiropractors of Ontario where he served as Chair of Discipline, Quality Assurance and the executive. Currently he serves on the Canadian Chiropractic Research Foundation.
